What if I want to cancel or modify my registration/personal data?

We have become aware of individuals engaging in the unauthorized reselling of the Interrail France Germany pass. We strongly advise against purchasing the Interrail France Germany Pass from any source. Please note that the pass is strictly non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the individual named on the pass. In accordance with the terms and conditions of this program, participants are permitted to make minor corrections, such as rectifying a typographical error in the name.

Once you completed and submitted your registration form, the mobile Interrail France Germany Pass is issued and delivered in your mailbox. The subject of the email will be: ‘Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next’.

In case you must make modifications to your first name, last name, date of birth or country of residency, you can update your personal information in the Rail Planner App directly or contact Eurail customer service. This only relates to details that are outdated: you are able to request for example adjusting your name (in case of typos or name changes due to marriage and other legal name changes). Please bear in mind that you are not able to transfer your pass to someone else. 

If you want to modify your start date, you can cancel this travel day, as long as it is before the date of the selected first travel day. Once you have used the first travel day, you cannot de-activate the Pass anymore. You can find more information in this article. 

In case of cancellation, you need to inform the Customer Support Team. We will then undertake the steps to cancel your Interrail France Germany Pass.
